锂辉石粉对防辐射超高性能混凝土性能的影响研究

    摘要:针对核工程等特殊工程对混凝土材料防中子射线辐射的需求,解决传统防辐射混凝土力学性能较低、耐久性能不足等问题,采用锂辉石粉进行优化,研究了锂辉石粉掺量(等质量取代粉煤灰)对防辐射超高性能混凝土(UHPC)工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:锂辉石粉掺量为30%时,UHPC的抗压和抗弯拉强度最高,28 d抗压和抗弯拉强度分别为152.9、25.5 MPa,且具有良好的工作性能和优异的耐久性能。综合考虑,建议防辐射UHPC中锂辉石粉掺量为30%。

Study on the influence of spodumene powder on the performance of radiation shielding ultra-high performance concrete

    Abstract:In view of the requirements of nuclear engineering and other special projects for neutron radiation protection of concrete materials,and to solve the problems of low mechanical properties and insufficient durability of traditional radiation protection concrete,spodumene powder was used for optimization,and the influence of spodumene powder content(equal mass replacing fly ash) on the working performance,mechanical properties and durability of radiation shielding ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) was studied. The results show that when the content of spodumene powder is 30%,the compressive and flexural tensile strength of UHPC is the highest,and the compressive and flexural tensile strength at 28 days are 152.9 MPa and 25.5 MPa respectively,and UHPC has good working performance and excellent durability. Considering comprehensively,it is suggested that the dosage of spodumene powder in radiation shielding UHPC is 30%.
