混凝土质量对铝模混凝土表观气孔的影响

摘要：采用铝模模板浇筑混凝土已经成为建筑行业的主流方式，但在工程应用过程中发现，部分铝模混凝土成型面含有大量的气孔，影响表观质量，甚至不利于混凝土的耐久性。对比研究了混凝土质量对铝模混凝土成型面气孔的影响。结果表明：适宜的混凝土砂率与黏度能有效提高混凝土构件的表观成型质量；采用连续级配骨料对提高混凝土构件成型质量有益，因为连续级配骨料之间能形成良好的填充补位效果，减小了空隙率；消泡剂掺量为减水剂固含量的0.010%~0.015%时，混凝土表观成型质量最佳。

Effect of concrete quality on apparent porosity of aluminum concrete

Abstract：Casting concrete with aluminum formwork has become a mainstream way in the construction industry，but it is found in the engineering application process that some aluminum formwork concrete forming surface contains a lot of pores，which affects the apparent quality and even is not good for the durability of concrete. In this paper，the effect of concrete quality on the porosity of aluminum concrete forming surface is compared and studied. The test results show that reasonable concrete sand rate and viscosity can effectively improve the apparent forming quality of concrete. The use of continuously graded aggregate is beneficial to improve the forming quality of concrete components，because it can form a good filling effect between continuously graded aggregates and reduce the void ratio. When the amount of defoaming agent is 0.010% to 0.015% of the mass fraction of water reducing agent，the concrete surface forming quality is the best.
