抗泥保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的合成与性能研究

    摘要:为解决混凝土原材料含泥量高带来的掺减水剂混凝土坍落度损失过快等问题,以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚OXAB-501、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸为主要原料,抗泥保坍单体为功能单体,过氧化氢和维生素C为引发体系,合成了抗泥保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。研究了不同含泥量、合成起始温度以及链转移剂、抗泥保坍单体用量对抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响,得到了最优性能减水剂(DB)。并采用GPC和FT-IR对DB的结构进行表征。混凝土工程应用结果表明,抗泥保坍型聚羧酸减水剂DB具有良好的抗泥保坍性能,同时相比市售保坍型聚羧酸减水剂KB,对混凝土抗压强度无不良影响。

Study on the synthesis and properties of mud resistant and slump retaining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:In order to solve the problems of rapid slump loss of water reducing agent concrete caused by high mud content of concrete raw materials,mud resistant and slump retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent(DB) was synthesized with isopentenolpolyoxyethylene ether oxab-501,hydroxyethyl acrylate and acrylic acid as main raw materials,mud resistant slump retaining agent as functional monomer,hydrogen peroxide and vitamin C as raw materials of hair system,At the same time,the influence of different mud content,synthesis starting temperature,chain transfer agent content and anti-corrosion agent content on the properties of DB were studied and the optimal synthesis process is obtained. GPC and FT-IR methods were used to characterize its structure. The concrete engineering test results show that the DB has good mud resistance and slump retaining performance. At the same time,compared with the commercially available slump retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducer KB,it has no adverse effect on the compressive strength of concrete.
