道路工程用聚合物水泥复合乳化沥青注浆材料研究

    摘要:针对半刚性基层沥青路面早期损坏和养护维修任务繁重的现状,通过对比分析地聚物注浆材料和高聚物注浆材料的道路工程应用特点,提出沥青路面基层注浆材料需要具备的技术特性。基于典型半刚性基层沥青路面结构设计数据分析统计,通过研究不同乳胶粉和乳化沥青掺量对水泥水化进程和刚度的影响,确定聚合物水泥复合乳化沥青注浆材料中乳化沥青和乳胶粉的适宜掺量。根据所制备注浆材料的技术性能和施工特点,分析其应用前景并提出相应的工程应用领域。

Research on polymercomposite cement-emulsified asphalt grouting material for road engineering

    Abstract:On account of the early damage of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement and current heavy maintenance and repair tasks,the technical characteristics of grouting materials for asphalt pavement base were proposed through a comparative analysis of application characteristics between geopolymer grouting materials and high polymer grouting materials. Based on the statistic analysis of structure design data for typical semi-rigid base asphalt pavement,the amount of emulsified asphalt and latex powder were determined by means of studying the influence of their amount on the hydration process and stiffness of cement. According to the technical performance and construction characteristics of the prepared materials,we analyzed application prospects and proposed corresponding engineering application fields.
