胶囊化吸水树脂对水性环氧树脂灌浆料的改性研究

    摘要:针对水性环氧树脂材料应用于混凝土裂缝修复领域时,存在的固化时间长以及收缩率大的技术难题,提出采用胶囊化吸水树脂材料改性水性环氧树脂的方法,并对胶囊化吸水树脂的包覆工艺及改性后水性环氧树脂灌浆料的性能进行了研究。结果表明,当胶囊化吸水树脂中包覆材料的质量百分比为25%,包覆材料双酚A型环氧树脂(E20)与聚乙二醇(PEG6000)的质量比为3∶1,包覆液中溶剂乙醇的质量百分比为80%,包覆温度为50 ℃时,所制备的胶囊化吸水树脂颗粒具备较佳的延迟吸水能力。经胶囊化吸水树脂改性的水性环氧树脂固化时间短、收缩率小,具备应用于混凝土裂缝修复的技术条件。

Study on modification of waterborne epoxy resin grouting material by encapsulated water absorbent resin

    Abstract:In view of the technical problems of long curing time and high shrinkage when waterborne epoxy resin is used in the field of concrete crack repair,this paper puts forward the method of modifying waterborne epoxy resin by using encapsulated water absorbent resin material,and studies the coating technology of encapsulated water absorbent resin and the properties of modified waterborne epoxy resin grouting material. The results showed that the encapsulated water absorbent resin particles had better delayed water absorption ability under the proportion of coating material in the encapsulated water absorbent resin was 25%,and the mass ratio of coating material bisphenol A epoxy resin E20 to polyethylene glycol PEG6000 was 3∶1,and the mass percentage of solvent ethanol in the coating solution was 80%,and the condition of coating temperature was 50 ℃. The waterborne epoxy resin modified by encapsulated water absorbent resin has short curing time and low shrinkage,and has the technical conditions for concrete crack repair.
