多因素对再生微粉改性城墙内芯土强度的影响

    摘要:掺加废城墙砖再生微粉改进城墙内芯土的强度特性,不仅有利于城墙保护,还可以有效利用建筑垃圾。通过室内试验研究了再生微粉掺量、城墙内芯土含水率及养护条件等因素对居庸关城墙芯土强度的影响。结果表明,试件的无侧限抗压强度与再生微粉掺量、初始含水率、养护龄期以及养护是否包膜有一定关系;结合土样的应力-应变曲线可知,城墙内芯土中再生微粉掺量为10%、含水率控制在13%左右时,夯实后在自然状态下养护7 d可使城墙内芯土的整体强度得到明显提高。

Effects on the strength of inner core soil of city wall mixed with reclaimed micro powder under multi-factors

    Abstract:The improvement of strength characteristics of the inner soil of the city wall by adding micro powder of the waste wall brick is beneficial not only to the protection of the city wall,but also to the effective utilization of the construction waste. In this paper,the effects of the content of reclaimed micro-powder,moisture content and curing conditions of core soil sample on the strength of core soil in city wall in Juyongguan was studied by laboratory test. It is found that the unconfined compressive strength of the specimen has a certain relationship with the content of reclaimed micro powder,initial moisture content,curing age and whether it is coated during curing. Combined with the stress-strain curve of the soil sample,when the content of reclaimed micro-powder is 10% in the core soil of city wall, and the optimum moisture content is about 13%,the curing at natural state for 7 days can make the overall strength of the city wall core soil better after tamping.
