外加剂复掺对水玻璃-矿渣水泥浆体性能的影响及作用机理研究

    摘要:研究了萘系减水剂(NPS)和硝酸钡复掺对水玻璃-矿渣水泥浆体工作性及凝结硬化性能的影响,通过对体系水化放热行为的分析,结合外加剂在水泥体系中的吸附特性,初步探讨了外加剂复掺的作用机理。结果表明:萘系减水剂分子结构在水玻璃-矿渣水泥体系中能稳定存在,与硝酸钡复掺可更好地吸附在矿渣颗粒表面;外加剂复掺减小了体系放热速度,推迟了水化热峰值出现时间,并降低了水化热峰值,复掺1%硝酸钡+2%NPS时,拌合物扩展度增大了150%,初凝时间从不足20 min延长至105 min,同时对硬化体强度基本无负面影响。

Study on the effect and mechanism of compound adding of admixtures on the properties of waterglass activated slag cement pastes

    Abstract:The effect of naphthalene superplastisizer(NPS)and barium nitrate on the workability and setting and hardening properties of sodium silicate-slag cement paste were studied,and the action mechanism of admixtures was preliminarily discussed through the analysis of the hydration and exothermic behavior of the system,combined with the adsorption characteristics of additives in the cement system. The results show that the molecular structure of NPS can exist stably in waterglass activated slag cement system,and is effectively adsorbed on the surface of slag particles mixed with barium nitrate. The addition of CNPS reduces the heat release rate of cement system,delays the occurrence time of hydration heat peak,and reduces the hydration heat peak. When adding 1% barium nitrate and 2% NPS,the expansion degree of the mixture is increased by 150%,and the setting time of the paste is extended from less than 20 min to 105 min,and there is no negative impact on the compressive strength development of the hardened body.
