GLC硅质轻型墙板抗风性能试验研究

    摘要:为研究GLC硅质轻型墙板抗风性能,设计制作了5组墙板试件,研究风荷载作用下墙板的裂缝开展和破坏形态,分析板厚变化对其变形和承载力的影响规律,得到墙板抗裂弯矩理论计算公式,计算不同厚度墙板的适用高度和抗风等级。结果表明:GLC墙板具有良好的平面外抗风能力;相比于发泡水泥芯材,砂浆层厚度变化对抗裂承载力和延性变形能力影响更显著;通过对比风荷载作用下的理论值与试验值表明,板厚为120 mm墙板的抗风等级较低、在各地区标准风压下安全储备不足,建议采用180 mm、200 mm的墙板用于高层建筑与工业厂房的外围护墙。

Research on wind resistance of GLC siliceous lightweight wallboard

    Abstract:In order to study the wind resistance of GLC lightweight silicon wallboard,five groups of wall panel specimens were designed. This paper mainly studies the crack development and failure mode under wind load,analyzes the influence of plate thickness change on wallboard deformation and bearing capacity,establishes the theoretical calculation formula of wallboard crack resistance moment,and calculates the applicable height and wind resistance grade of wallboards with different thickness. The results show that GLC wallboard has good out of plane wind resistance. Compared with foamed cement core material,the change of mortar thickness has a more significant impact on crack resistance bearing capacity and ductile deformation ability. According to the comparison between the theoretical and experimental values under wind load,the wall panels with a thickness of 120 mm and below have low wind resistance grade and low safety reserve under the standard wind pressure in various regions. It is recommended to use 180 mm and 200 mm wall panels for the peripheral retaining walls of high-rise buildings and industrial plants.
