飞灰-赤泥-蔗渣灰-污泥协同制备高强陶粒试验研究

    摘要:为研究飞灰-赤泥-蔗渣灰-污泥协同制备陶粒的可行性,开展了不同配比、不同焙烧温度下的赤泥飞灰陶粒的力学性能、物理性能以及重金属浸出试验。结果表明,最佳原料配比为赤泥30%、飞灰30%、蔗渣灰20%、污泥20%,最佳焙烧温度为1190 ℃,制备的陶粒抗压强度26.78 MPa,堆积密度702.54 kg/m3,1、24 h吸水率分别为1.61%、1.73%,此时Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd的重金属浸出浓度分别为0.48、4.09、0.16、0.09 mg/L,陶粒性能及重金属浸出符合标准要求。

Experimental study on synergistic preparation of high strength ceramsite by fly ash-red mud-bagasse ash-sludge

    Abstract:In order to study the feasibility of preparation of ceramsite by fly ash-red mud-bagasse ash-sludge,we carried out mechanics performance testing,physical properties and heavy metal leaching tests of red mud fly ash ceramsite at different proportions and calcination temperatures. The results showed that the best raw material ratio was red mud content 30%,fly ash 30%,bagasse ash 20%,sludge 20%,and the best roasting temperature was 1190 ℃. The compressive strength of the ceramsite is 26.78 MPa,the bulk density is 702.54 kg/m3,1 h and 24 water absorption rate are 1.61% and 1.73% respectively. At this time,the leaching results of heavy metals are Cu:0.48 mg/L,Zn:4.09 mg/L,Pb:0.16 mg/L,Cd:0.09 mg/L,and the leaching of heavy metals from ceramsite meets the standard requirements.
