钢渣泡沫混凝土的制备及抗压强度计算方法

    摘要:以钢渣作为细骨料,采用不同钢渣粒径、钢渣取代率和水胶比制备了钢渣泡沫混凝土(SSFC),通过7 d无侧限抗压强度试验确定了最优配合比为:钢渣粒径为1.18 mm、钢渣取代量为30%、水胶比为0.4。SSFC的抗压强度与其泡沫率之间存在分形关系,SSFC的分形维数可以根据泡沫混凝土SEM图像以及抗压强度与尺寸之间的关系计算得到。采用该分形维数计算的泡沫率和龄期不同时混凝土的抗压强度值与试验数据基本一致。

Preparation and compressive strength calculation method of steel slag foam concrete

    Abstract:Steel slag foam concrete(SSFC) were prepared by using steel slag as fine aggregate,using different steel slag particle size,steel slag replacement amount and water binder ratio. According to 7 d unconfined compressive strength test,the optimal mix proportion was determined as follows:1.18 mm steel slag particle size,30% steel slag replacement amount and 0.4 water binder ratio. There is a fractal relationship of the compressive strength of SSFC and its foam ratio. The fractal dimension of SSFC is calculated based on the SEM image and the relation between compressive strength and dimension. The compressive strength value of concrete with different foam ratio and age calculated by using this fractal dimension is basically consistent with the test data.
