热固复合聚苯乙烯泡沫保温板的制备及性能研究

摘要：热固复合聚苯乙烯泡沫保温板（AEPS保温板）是一种燃烧等级可以达到A2级的防火保温兼顾的保温材料。试验研究了AEPS保温板制备过程中的原材料配比，并对影响AEPS保温板性能的关键因素进行了分析。研究结果表明：当聚苯颗粒、EVA乳液、纤维用量分别为13、15、0.4 kg/m3时，所制备的AEPS保温板的性能较好，符合JG/T 536—2017标准中G型050级产品的要求。

Study on preparation and properties of AEPS thermal insulation board

Abstract：Thermosetting composite polystyrene foam thermal insulation board（AEPS thermal insulation board） is a kind of thermal insulation material with fire protection and thermal insulation performance that can reach A2 combustion level. The ratio of raw materials in the preparation of AEPS insulation board is studied through experiments，and the key factors affecting the performance of AEPS insulation board are analyzed. The research shows that when the content of polystyrene particles，EVA lotion and fiber are 13 kg/m3，15 kg/m3 and 0.4 kg/m3 respectively，the prepared AEPS insulation board has good performance，and all performances meet the requirements of G-type 050 grade products in JG/T 536—2017 standard.
