煤化工固废粗渣的表面处理及其混凝土的制备与应用性能研究

    摘要:煤化工固废包括细粉状灰渣和颗粒状粗渣,用粗渣替代砂石制备煤矿采空区充填混凝土时存在的主要问题是粗渣的多孔性导致了吸水量大及混凝土的流动性差与强度低,制备了一种黏附固化剂(ACA),用其与水泥在粗渣表面形成黏附填充包覆涂层以解决存在的问题。在制备混凝土时掺入占水泥质量0.003%氧化石墨烯(GO)用以调控水泥基体的结构。在此基础上制备的含60%煤化工固废的混凝土28 d抗压强度大于40 MPa,含80%煤化工固废的混凝土28 d抗压强度大于30 MPa,同时具有良好的抗渗水及抗干缩性能。研究结果对于制备高含量煤化工固废混凝土及煤化工固废在制备采空区充填材料的大规模资源化利用具有积极意义。

Surface treatment of coal chemical solid waste and the preparation and application performance of concrete

    Abstract:Coal chemical industry solid waste includes fine powder ash slag and granular coarse slag. The main problem of using coarse slag instead of gravel to prepare coal mine gob filling concrete is that the porosity of coarse slag leads to large water absorption,poor fluidity and low strength of concrete. In this study,an adhesive curing agent(ACA) was prepared and used to form an adhesive filler coating with cement on the surface of coarse slag to solve the existing problems. At the same time,cement mass 0.003% graphene oxide(GO) was added to prepare concrete to control the structure of cement matrix. On this basis,the compressive strength of concrete containing 60% coal chemical waste is greater than 40 MPa,and the compressive strength of concrete containing 80% coal chemical waste is greater than 30 MPa. At the same time,it has good water seepage resistance and dry shrinkage resistance performance. This study has positive significance for the preparation of high content coal chemical solid waste concrete and large-scale resource utilization of coal chemical solid waste in the preparation of gob filling materials.
