混凝土结构耐久性修复与防护用涂装技术标准化进展

    摘要:基于应用工况和设计要求,选用适宜的表面涂装材料和技术可有效保障混凝土结构的防护与修复质量,延长混凝土构件的使用寿命。从现行标准实施角度出发,综述了成膜型、渗透型和隔离型3种涂装技术的技术特点和应用现状,重点介绍了T/CECS 746—2020《混凝土耐久性修复与防护用隔离型涂层技术规程》对新型隔离型防护涂装技术的规定,并分析对比了3种技术在施工应用中的优缺点,为工程应用中混凝土结构耐久性修复与防护涂装技术的选择提出建议。

Standardization progress in coatings technology for rehabilitation and protection of concrete structures durability

    Abstract:Based on the working conditions and design requirements,applying appropriate surface coating materials and technologies can effectively ensure the protection and rehabilitation quality ofconcrete structures and prolong the service life of concrete members. From the perspective of the implementation of the current standard,this paper summarizes the technical characteristics and application status of the three types of coating technologies including film coating,permeable coating and isolated coating,introduces the provisions of T/CECS 746—2020 "Technical specification for isolated coatings of rehabilitation and protection of concrete durability " on the new type of isolated protective coating technology,and analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the three technologies in the construction application.Finally,suggestions are put forward for the selection of coatings technology for rehabilitation and protection of concrete structures durability in engineering applications.
