耐磨性透明有机硅涂层的制备及其在玻璃表面上的应用

    摘要:利用有机硅单体中官能团的优化,实现主侧链同步交联,在保证涂层高透明性的基础上,不仅能有效提高有机硅涂层的硬度和耐磨性,而且使涂层具有良好的成膜性。采用溶胶-凝胶法以3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷制备了主侧链多重交联有机硅涂层,测试结果表明,其透光度大于92%,雾度低于1%,涂层在玻璃基底上的表面硬度达到6 H;涂层具有较高的耐磨性,摩擦试验前后样品雾度变化率仅0.07%。同时,有机硅涂层具有一定的疏水性,可有效提高其除尘率,表现出了良好的防尘效果。

Preparation of the silicone coating with high transparency and wearability and its application in the surface of glass

    Abstract:With the optimization of organosilicon monomers,synchronized crosslinking of main and side chains can be realized. On the basis of ensuring high transparency of the coating,it can not only effectively improve the hardness and wear resistance of silicone coating,but also make the coating have good film-forming property. After the coating was prepared with 3-glycidyl ether epoxy propyl three methoxy silane and 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane,its light transmittance is higher than 92% and its haze is lower than 1%. Furthermore,its surface hardness reached 6 H resulting in the great improvement of its wearability. The change rate of sample haze before and after friction test is only 0.07%. At the same time,the silicone coating has a certain hydrophobicity,which can effectively improve its dust removal rate,showing a good dust prevention effect.
