无溶剂输油管道防腐减阻特种涂料的制备与性能研究

    摘要:通过聚醚砜改性环氧树脂和芳族碳氢树脂冷拼改进双酚A液体环氧树脂涂层的柔韧性,加入片状玻璃纤维粉、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉和针状滑石粉,并添加触变性较强的防沉剂制得A组份,将其与可提供良好浸润能力、可在低等级表面处理表面涂装作业的B组份腰果壳油改性酚醛胺固化剂配合,制得无溶剂输油管道防腐减阻特种涂料。试验结果表明:该涂料的耐高温化学稳定性和减阻性能良好、抗流挂性和流平性极佳、黏度小,适合用于风送球形挤涂工艺涂覆,且一次施工成膜厚度可达600 μm以上;所制涂膜平整光滑、摩擦系数小,能使输油过程中原油在管道内不易挂垢,进而提高输油效率。

Study on preparation and properties of solventless anti corrosion and resistance reduction special coatings for oil pipeline

    Abstract:The flexibility of the bisphenol A liquid epoxy resin coating is improved by cold blending of polyether sulfone modified epoxy resin and aromatic hydrocarbon resin. Flake glass fiber powder,polytetrafluoroethylene wax powder and acicular talc powder are added,and anti-settling agent with strong thixotropy is added to prepare component A. Then,solventless anti corrosion and resistance reduction special coatings for oil pipeline can be prepared by matching it with component B cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic amine curing agent which can provide good wetting ability and surface painting work in low surface treatment. The test results show that the coating has good chemical stability and resistance reduction performance at high temperature,excellent sagging resistance and leveling resistance,and low viscosity. It is suitable for pneumatic spherical extrusion coating,and the film thickness can reach above 600 μm. The obtained coating is flat and smooth,and the friction coefficient is small,which can prevent the crude oil from scaling in the pipeline during the oil transportation process,thereby improving the oil transportation efficiency.
