贵州磷建筑石膏用缓凝剂的研究

    摘要:研究了柠檬酸、三聚磷酸钠及骨胶蛋白质缓凝剂对贵州磷石膏凝结时间和强度的影响。结果表明,骨胶蛋白质缓凝剂相较于柠檬酸和三聚磷酸钠具有更好的缓凝效果。掺加骨胶蛋白质缓凝剂时,在对磷石膏强度影响相对较小的前提下能有效延长磷石膏的凝结时间,并且掺加骨胶蛋白质缓凝剂的磷石膏硬化体具有较好的微观晶体形貌,因此,优选骨胶蛋白质作为贵州磷石膏的缓凝剂。

Study on retarders for phosphogypsum building plaster in Guizhou

    Abstract:In this paper,the effect of three kinds of retarders,including citric acid,sodium tripolyphosphate and bone glue protein,on the setting time and strength of Guizhou phosphogypsum was explored. The results showed that the bone glue protein retarder had better retarding effect than citric acid and sodium tripolyphosphate. When bone glue protein retarder is added,the setting time of phosphogypsum can be effectively prolonged under the premise of relatively small influence on the strength of phosphogypsum,and the sclerotic body of phosphogypsum mixed with bone glue protein retarder has good micro crystal morphology. Therefore,bone glue protein is preferred as the retarder for Guizhou phosphogypsum.
