碳化作用下硬化水泥浆体粉对骨料胶结性能的影响研究

    摘要:为了给硬化水泥浆体粉碳化再生利用提供充足的科学依据和技术支撑,依托碳化试验、强度试验、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析及压汞分析对碳化后硬化水泥浆体粉胶砂试件试件的抗压抗折强度、界面形貌和孔结构及其对骨料的胶结作用,以及胶砂试件收缩性进行了系统研究。结果表明,试件在0.4 MPa的CO2压力下养护24 h后具备了一定强度;颗粒状碳化产物产生且逐渐连接,并胶结细砂,使试件结构紧密;粉砂比越低,试件孔隙率越小;碳化过程中试件体积收缩,粉砂比越大,胶砂试件收缩值越大;碳化后试件干燥收缩率较低,其28 d干燥收缩率仅约为普通硅酸盐水泥胶砂的50%。

Influence of hardened cement slurry powder on aggregate cementation under carbonization

    Abstract:In order to provide sufficient scientific basis and technical support for carbonization and regeneration of hardened cement slurry powder,by carbonization test,strength test,X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis and mercury injection analysis and testing methods,the authors studied systematically the compressive and flexural strength,interface morphology,pore structure,cementation effect on aggregate,and shrinkage of cementing cement mortar. It was concluded that the specimen had a certain strength after curing for 24 h at the pressure of 0.4 MPa in CO2. Granular carbonation products are produced and gradually connected,and fine sand is cemented to make the specimen structure compact. The lower the silt ratio is,the lower the porosity is. During the carbonization process,the volume of the specimen shrinks,and the larger the silt ratio is,the larger the shrinkage value of the mortar is. After carbonization,the drying shrinkage rate of specimen is low,and its drying shrinkage rate at 28 d is only about 50% of that of ordinary Portland cement mortar.
