GFRP筋锚杆锚固体浆液研发及锚固性能试验研究

    摘要:GFRP锚杆与传统浆液锚固体的粘结强度低,锚杆注浆后施加预应力等待工期长等问题突出。通过浆液性能试验,以传统水泥浆液为基础,调节减水剂、速凝剂及膨胀剂的掺量,研制适用于GFRP筋锚杆应用的新型浆液;结合锚固体性能试验和锚固体拉伸数值模拟相互验证以研究其内部受力变形规律。结果表明,新型浆液具有无泌水、快硬早强等特性,使筋材与锚固体结合更加紧密,抗压强度提高,可促进锚固体内部接触面的协同变形作用,显著改善锚固体与筋材的粘结性能,提高锚杆承载力和施工效率。

Research and development of GFRP reinforcement anchor solid slurry and experimental study on anchorage performance

    Abstract:The bonding strength between GFRP anchor and traditional slurry anchor is low,and the prestressed waiting time for anchor grouting is long. Through the slurry performance test,based on the traditional cement slurry,the dosage of water reducing agent,retarder and expansion agent is improved,and a new slurry suitable for the application of GFRP reinforced anchor bolt is developed. Combined with the anchor performance test and the anchor tensile numerical simulation,the mutual verification is carried out to study the internal force and deformation law. The results show that the new slurry has the characteristics of no bleeding,fast hardening and early strength,which makes the combination of reinforcement and anchor closer,increases the compressive strength,promotes the synergistic deformation of the internal contact surface of anchor,significantly improves the bonding performance between anchor and reinforcement,and improves the bearing capacity and construction efficiency of anchor.
