干法脱硫灰在轻质抹灰石膏砂浆中的 应用研究

    摘要:将干法脱硫灰掺入轻质抹灰石膏砂浆中,探究了干法脱硫灰对石膏砂浆凝结时间、流动度和强度的影响及其与不同缓凝剂的适应性。结果表明,掺入干法脱硫灰后降低了缓凝剂XQ的缓凝效果和流动度。干法脱硫灰中含有的氢氧化钙是造成缓凝剂XQ缓凝效果降低的主要原因。当氢氧化钙掺量超过0.2%时,石膏砂浆的凝结时间明显缩短、流动度下降,选择耐碱性的缓凝剂SH可解决该问题。当干法脱硫灰占比为30%时,石膏砂浆的7 d抗压、抗折强度均得到提高,掺加缓凝剂SH可有效延长凝结时间、增大流动度。

Research on dry flue gas desulfurization residues in lightweight gypsum plaster mortar

    Abstract:Dry flue gas desulfurization(FGD) residues were added into lightweight gypsum plaster mortar in this paper,which researched the influence of dry FGD residues on the mortar setting time,fluidity,strength,and its adaptability with different retarders. The results indicated that adding FDG residues would decrease the retarding effect of XQ retarder and fluidity of mortar. The existence of Ca(OH)2 was the main reason for the retarding effect decreasing of XQ retarder. The setting times and fluidity would reduce when adding over 0.2% Ca(OH)2 into gypsum plaster mortar,and choosing the alkali-resisting SH retarder would solve the problem. 7-days compressive strength and bending strength were improved while adding 30% dry FGD residues. Particularly,the setting time and fluidity were obviously increased when adding SH retarder.
