装配式建筑钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料的研究

    摘要:以普通硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料,辅掺矿粉、粉煤灰、石灰石粉,设计正交试验,得出各个因素的影响规律,通过微调得到套筒灌浆料的最佳配比,并研究了机制砂取代石英砂对套筒灌浆料性能的影响,从而配制出成本较低且性能符合标准要求的套筒灌浆料。结果表明,套筒灌浆料的最佳配比为:水胶比0.24、砂胶比1.0、矿物掺合料掺量24%、矿物掺合料组合方式为粉煤灰+石灰石粉+矿粉、减水剂掺量0.35%,具有良好的力学性能,在塑性阶段能够满足竖向膨胀率的要求,硬化后体积表现出一定的微膨胀,各项性能均符合JG/T 408—2019《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》要求。机制砂取代石英砂不能提高灌浆料的性能,取代率不宜超过25%。

Study on sleeve grout for prefabricated building steel bar connection

    Abstract:Taking ordinary Portland cement as the main cementing material,supplemented by ore mixing powder,fly ash and limestone powder,orthogonal test was designed to obtain the influence law of various factors,the optimal proportion of sleeve grouting material was obtained by fine-tuning,and the effect of mechanical sand replacing quartz sand on the performance of sleeve grouting material was studied,so as to formulate a sleeve grouting material with lower cost and meet the standard requirements. The optimal ratio obtained is:water-to-glue ratio of 0.24,sand-to-glue ratio of 1.0,mineral admixture 24%. It has good mechanical properties,and can meet the requirements of vertical expansion rate in the plastic stage. After hardening,the volume shows a certain degree of slight expansion. All properties meet the requirements of JG/T 408—2019 "Sleeve Grouting Materials for Reinforcement Connection". The substitution of mechanical sand cannot improve the performance of the grout,and the amount of substitution should not exceed 25%.
