被动式超低能耗装配式建筑光伏屋面的冷热桥处理方法

    摘要:以被动装配式光伏屋面建造为研究对象,阐述了被动房的基本原则,结合天津市胡张庄零能耗改造项目的设计实践,介绍了装配式结构、门窗节能、无冷热桥、气密性及零碳花园设计,探讨被动式超低能耗装配式建筑光伏屋面建造中可能遇到的难点及解决方式,针对装配式建筑光伏屋面需要满足的条件,提出了4种解决方案。

Cold and hot bridge processing method for photovoltaic roof of passive prefabricated building

    Abstract:With passive fabricated photovoltaic roof construction as the research object,elaborated the basic principle of passive home,combining with the Tianjin Huzhangzhuang zero energy renovation project design practice,this paper introduces the structure of the prefabricated building,doors and windows energy saving,no hot and cold bridge,air tightness and zero carbon garden design,explores the difficulties that may be encountered in the construction of passive ultra-low energy consumption prefabricated building photovoltaic roof and their corresponding solutions. According to the requirements of photovoltaic roof in prefabricated buildings,four solutions are proposed.
