SiO2气凝胶复合保温材料的制备工艺及性能研究

    摘要:介绍了SiO2气凝胶复合保温材料的配比及制备工艺,与传统工艺制备SiO2气凝胶保温材料的微观形貌、导热系数及力学性能进行对比分析发现,采用丁苯乳液和高黏度纤维素醚等改性活性外掺料硅灰来包裹增强SiO2气凝胶的制备工艺具有先进性。对不同体积掺量的SiO2气凝胶制备复合保温材料的导热系数和力学性能研究发现,SiO2气凝胶体积掺量为31%时复合保温材料性能优异。

Study on preparation process and properties of SiO2 aerogel composite thermal insulation material

    Abstract:This paper introduces the ratio and preparation process of SiO2 aerogel composite insulation materials. Through comparative analysis of microscopic morphology, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of SiO2 aerogel insulation materials prepared by traditional process,it is found that the preparation process of SiO2 aerogel reinforced by butyl benzene latex,high viscosity cellulose ether and other modified active admixtures(silica fume) is of progressiveness. The thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of composite insulation materials prepared by SiO2 aerogels with different volume ratios were studied. It was found that when the volume ratio of SiO2 aerogels is 31%,the properties of composite insulation materials is better.
