    摘要:混凝土温度裂缝一直是工程界最为关注的质量问题之一。由于特殊的使用需求,江门中微子实验站配套基建工程实验厅水池混凝土结构不允许裂缝产生,以防止外部水进入实验水池,从而污染水池内的超纯水。混凝土浇筑过程中的温度效应是引起混凝土产生裂缝的主要原因。混凝土因温度变化而产生收缩的影响因素多,原因极其复杂。介绍了案例工程所处的现实环境,从原材料选用入手,采取常规的温控措施辅以低热水泥材料,通过控制混凝土内部极值温升及温降梯度,达到减少或避免混凝土产生裂缝的目的。

    Abstract:Concrete temperature cracks have always been one of the most concerned quality problems in the engineering field. Due to its special use requirements,cracks are not allowed to appear in the concrete structure of the water tank in the experimental hall of the supporting infrastructure project of Jiangmen neutrino experimental station,so as to prevent the external water for entering the experimental water tank to pollute the ultrapure water. The temperature effect during concrete pouring is the main cause of concrete cracks. The temperature effect during concrete pouring is the main cause of concrete cracks. Many factors influence concrete shrinkage due to temperature change,and the reasons are extremely complex. This paper firstly introduces the actual environment of the case project,starting from the selection of raw materials,conventional temperature control measures were taken with low heat cement materials used,by controlling the peak temperature rise and temperature drop gradient inside concrete,achieved the purpose of reducing or avoiding concrete cracks.
