循环水洗机制砂残留絮凝剂对混凝土性能的影响

    摘要:通过测试不同聚丙烯酰胺类絮凝剂残留量机制砂的MB值及掺该机制砂混凝土拌合物施工性能、力学强度、干燥收缩率以及电通量,研究了循环水洗机制砂中残留的聚丙烯酰胺类絮凝剂对机制砂混凝土性能的影响规律。结果表明:机制砂中残留的聚丙烯酰胺会劣化混凝土的流动性,优化混凝土的和易性和保水性,增大混凝土的含气量和黏度,对混凝土的力学性能、干燥收缩和抗渗透性无显著影响。

Effect of flocculant in circulating washing crushed sand on concrete performance

    Abstract:The influence of polyacrylamide flocculant residues in machine-made sand on the performance of concrete was investigated via testing the MB value of machine-made sand with different PAM flocculant residues,and the construction performance,mechanical strength,drying shrinkage and electric flux of concrete mixture mixed with this machine-made sand. The test results show that the polyacrylamide deteriorates the fluidity of concrete,optimizes the workability and water retention of concrete,and improves the air content and viscosity of concrete. The polyacrylamide has no significant effect on the mechanical properties,drying shrinkage and permeability of concrete.
