RS(Ⅰ)溶蚀抑制剂对喷射混凝土性能的影响

    摘要:试验研究RS(Ⅰ)溶蚀抑制剂掺量对喷射混凝土性能的影响,并在广东某隧道进行实体应用效果对比。结果表明:RS(Ⅰ)掺量为20 kg/m3时,不仅不会影响喷射混凝土的凝结时间,而且还能减小混凝土的氯离子扩散系数,提高喷射混凝土的强度和抗溶蚀性能;在工程应用方面,掺20 kg/m3 RS(I)抗溶蚀喷射混凝土具有良好的力学性能及耐久性,与普通喷射混凝土相比,28 d抗压强度提高了44.5%,28 d氯离子扩散系数减小了13.7%,其有效扩散系数等级为“低”等级。

Effect of RS (Ⅰ) corrosion inhibitor on the performance of shotcrete

    Abstract:This paper explores the influence of RS(Ⅰ) corrosion inhibitor on the performance of sprayed concrete,and makes a comparative study on the solid effect of a tunnel in Guangdong Province. The results show that when adding 20 kg/m3,RS(Ⅰ) not only does not affect the setting time of sprayed concrete,but also reduces the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete,and can improve the strength and corrosion resistance of sprayed concrete. In engineering application,the anti-corrosion sprayed concrete mixed with 20 kg/m3 RS(Ⅰ) shows good mechanical and durable properties,which shows that compared with ordinary sprayed concrete,the 28 d strength is increased by 44.5%,28 d chloride ion diffusion coefficient is reduced by 13.7%,and the effective diffusion coefficient is “low”.
