醇胺类阻锈剂与水泥的适应性探讨

摘要：醇胺类阻锈剂对钢筋具有优异的阻锈性能，但在与混凝土拌和过程中与水泥存在适应性问题。分别从醇胺类阻锈剂与水泥中的化学成分、矿物组成、助磨剂、碱含量、石膏类型等方面的作用机理探讨了两者存在适应性问题的原因，并针对醇胺类阻锈剂与水泥的作用机理分别提出了加强两者适应性的措施与方法：即选择具有良好资质的原材料厂家、严格控制进厂水泥的质量、醇胺类阻锈剂使用前需先进行试配。

Discussion on the adaptability between alcohol amine rust inhibitors and cement

Abstract：Alcohol amine rust inhibitors have excellent rust resistance properties for steel reinforcement，but there are adaptation problems with cement during mixing with concrete. This paper mainly discusses the reasons for the adaptability problems of alcohol amine rust inhibitor and cement respectively from the aspects of chemical composition，mineral composition，grinding aid，alkali content，gypsum type and other aspects，and puts forward measures and methods to strengthen the adaptability of alcohol amine rust inhibitor and cement，namely, selecting qualified raw material manufacturers，strictly controlling the quality of incoming cement and alcohol amine rust inhibitor shall be trial mixed before use.
