矿渣-水玻璃固化黄土的特性研究

    摘要:通过强度、吸水率、软化系数及扫描电镜(SEM)等测试分析,研究了矿渣-水玻璃对黄土固化性能的影响。测试结果表明:水玻璃激发矿渣产生的凝胶能充分填充于黄土骨架中,并胶结黄土颗粒,减少其内部架空结构及空隙,使材料整体结构致密,吸水率降低,耐水性增强。当水玻璃掺量为35%时,所制备的固化黄土材料成型较好,不易产生气泡、裂纹等缺陷。综合数据分析:固化黄土材料的抗压强度随矿渣掺量的增加而提高,随水玻璃模数增大先提高后降低。在水玻璃模数为1.8,水玻璃掺量为35%,矿渣掺量为50%,制备的矿渣-水玻璃固化黄土材料28 d抗压强度为29.95 MPa、软化系数为0.94、吸水率为7.2%,可取代普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土用于边坡防护,路基填料等工程。

Study on the characteristics of slag-water glass solidified loess

    Abstract:Through analysis methods such as strength,water absorption,softening coefficient and scanning electron microscope (SEM),the effect of slag-water glass on the solidification performance of loess was studied. The test results show that the gel produced by the slag stimulated by sodium silicate can be fully filled in the loess framework and cement the loess particles,reducing the internal overhead structure and voids,making the overall structure of the material compact,reducing water absorption,and enhancing water resistance. When the water glass content is 35%,the prepared solidified loess material is better shaped,and it is not easy to produce bubbles,cracks and other defects. Comprehensive data analysis results show that compressive strength of the solidified loess material increases with the increase of the slag content,and it first increases and then decreases with the water glass modulus. When the water glass modulus is equal to 1.8,and the content is 35%,the slag content is greater than 50%,the 28 d compressive strength,softening coefficient and water absorption of the prepared slag-water glass composite loess material are 29.95 MPa,0.94 and 7.2%,respectively. It can replace ordinary Portland cement concrete for slope protection,roadbed filling and other practical projects.
