赤泥基胶凝材料改良粉砂土性能研究及应用

    摘要:利用烧结法赤泥、矿渣粉、电石渣和钛石膏等制备赤泥基胶凝材料,对比研究了其与水泥对粉砂土的改良作用。结果表明,赤泥基胶凝材料早期水化活性低,凝结时间长,28 d抗压强度可达到32.8 MPa;掺量均为3%时,赤泥基胶凝材料改良土的7 d无侧限抗压强度是水泥土的1.32倍,CBR是水泥土的1.28倍以上。微观分析表明,赤泥基胶凝材料改良土中存在大量针棒状的水化硅酸钙和钙矾石。工程应用研究表明,采用4%赤泥基胶凝材料改良粉砂土进行路床填筑,现场压实度为97.2%,CBR为57.5%,7 d无侧限抗压强度为1.2 MPa,各项指标均满足设计要求。

Experimental study and application on stabilization of silt with cementitious material based on red mud

    Abstract:Cementitious material based on red mud was prepared with industrial solid wastes,such as sintered red mud,slag powder,carbide slag and titanium gypsum. Its improvement with cement on the silty soil is studied. The research showed that the cementitious material based on red mud had low hydration activity in early stage,long setting time,and the 28 d compressive strength could reach 32.8 MPa. When the content is 3%,the unconfined compressive strength of stabilized soil of the cementitious material was 1.32 times of cement at 7 d. The CBR of the former was 1.28 times than the latter. The microscopic analysis showed that there were a large amount of calcium silicate hydrate and ettringite in the form of needle rod in the stabilized soil of the cementitious material. The engineering application research shows that the field compaction degree is 97.2%,the CBR is 57.5%,and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength is 1.2 MPa. All indexes meet the design requirements.
