不同养护制度下聚合物改性水泥砂浆/钢板的拉伸粘结强度

    摘要:在3种不同养护制度下,研究了乳胶粉种类和掺量对水泥砂浆/钢板间拉伸粘结强度的影响。结果表明:标准和热老化养护制度有利于聚合物改性水泥砂浆/钢板间拉伸粘结强度的提高;乳胶粉的玻璃化温度(Tg)和最低成膜温度(MFFT)对聚合物改性水泥砂浆/钢板间的粘结强度影响不大;乳胶粉的特性也影响了拉伸粘结强度,促流性的EVA乳胶粉一定程度上提高了浸水养护条件下砂浆的粘结性能,但丙烯酸酯类乳胶粉对改善水泥砂浆/钢板间拉伸粘结强度效果不明显。聚合物改性水泥砂浆/钢板间粘结的破坏形式基本为砂浆内部破坏,与养护条件无关。通过二次电子成像技术发现,在标准养护制度下乳胶粉掺量为25%时,聚合物膜成片覆盖在水泥水化产物表面,丙烯酸酯类乳胶膜结构中孔的数量明显增多。

Adhesive strength between polymer modified cement mortar and steel plate under different curing condition

    Abstract:Influence of the type and dosage of latex powder on the tensile bond strength between polymer modified cement mortar and steel plate was researched under three curing conditions. The results show that,the standard and heat aging curing condition to improve the tensile bond strength between polymer modified cement mortar and steel substrate are more conducive than the soaking curing condition. The glass transition temperature (Tg) and minimum film forming temperature (MFFT) of latex powder have little effect on the bond strength between polymer modified cement mortar and steel plate substrate. The properties of latex powder also affect the tensile bond strength,the flow promoting EVA latex powder can improve the bond strength of cement mortar under soaking curing condition to a certain extent. Acrylate latex powder has no obvious effect on improving the tensile bond strength between cement mortar and steel plate. The bond failure between polymer modified cement mortar and steel plate substrate is basically the internal failure of mortar,which has nothing to do with the curing conditions. Through secondary electronic imaging technology,it is found that under the standard curing system,when the content of latex powder is 25%,the polymer film covers the surface of cement hydration products. The number of pores in the structure of acrylate latex powder film increased significantly.
