再生砖混骨料泡沫砂浆技术性能试验研究

    摘要:砖混废弃物存量和产生量巨大,国内外研究人员开始关注其在新型墙体材料中的应用。对砖混废弃物进行骨料级配调整,并开展了发泡剂、粉煤灰、减水剂和聚乙烯醇纤维对再生砖混骨料泡沫砂浆物理力学性能的影响研究。结果表明:当发泡剂掺量由0增加到1%时,试件干密度下降最明显,降幅最大达17%,随后逐渐趋于平缓;骨料级配调整可显著降低再生砖混骨料泡沫砂浆的干密度,降幅达18.8%;按RF2M-4配比(水泥360 g、水440 g、骨料1350 g、发泡剂9 g、粉煤灰90 g、减水剂4.5 g、纤维体积掺量0.09%)制备的试件符合JC/T 1062—2007《泡沫混凝土砌块》中A3.5、B10的要求。

Experimental study on technical properties of foam mortar by recycled mixed aggregate

    Abstract:The amount and production of brick and concrete waste are huge,and its application in new wall materials has begun to attract the attention of researchers at home and abroad. In this paper,based on the adjustment of aggregate grading of brick-concrete waste,the effect of foaming agent,fly ash,water reducer and polyvinyl alcohol fiber on the physical and mechanical properties of recycled mixed aggregate mortar is carried out. The results show that when the amount of foaming agent is increased from 0 to 1%,the dry density of the test piece drops most obviously,and the decline can reach up to 17%,and then gradually tends to be gentle. The adjustment of aggregate gradation can significantly reduce the dry density recycled brick of mix aggregate foam mortar,which can be reduced by 18.8%. The ratio of RF2M-4(360 g cement,440 g water,1350 g aggregate,9 g foaming agent,90 g fly ash,4.5 g water reducer,and 0.09% of the mass per unit volume of foam mortar) can basically meet the A3.5 and B10 in standard JC/T 1062—2007 "Foam concrete blocks".
