防水材料附着力粘结强度测试方法优化探究

    摘要:利用SBS改性乳化沥青、SBR改性乳化沥青和水性环氧乳化沥青3种防水材料进行桥面板与沥青铺装层的附着力粘结强度测试,分析养护温度、涂刷遍数、沥青养护时间、粘结剂类型和养护时间对粘结强度的影响。结果表明:为提高测试效率,防水材料附着力粘结强度试件成型可采取涂刷1遍;SBS改性乳化沥青和SBR改性乳化沥青采取室温下3 d养护,水性环氧乳化沥青采取7 d养护;拉拔块粘结使用α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶,室温养护2 h的方法。并与GB/T 16777—2008《建筑防水涂料试验方法》试验方法进行对比,具有极高的可信性。

Study on the optimization of test method for adhesion bonding strength of waterproof materials

    Abstract:The adhesion bonding strength between bridge deck and asphalt pavement is tested with three waterproof materials,namely SBS modified emulsified asphalt,SBR modified emulsified asphalt and waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt. The influence of curing temperature,besmear brush times,asphalt curing time,binder type and curing time on test results was analyzed. The test results show that:to improve test efficiency,adhesion bonding strength specimen forming method can be taken to brush 1 time;SBS and SBR modified emulsified asphalt were cured at room temperature for 3 d,waterborne epoxy asphalt was cured for 7 d;the pull-out block was bonded with α-cyanoacrylate glue and cured at room temperature for 2 h. Compared with the standard test method GB/T 16777—2008 "Test methods for building waterproofing coatings",the test results are credible.
