防水与密封材料绿色产品认证要求解析

摘要：绿色建筑材料是建筑业绿色可持续发展的重要物质基础，大力发展建筑材料绿色产品是实现可持续发展的必然要求，也是实现双碳目标的重要途径之一。防水与密封材料作为建筑材料的重要一部分，开展绿色产品认证具有重要意义。就防水与密封材料绿色产品认证的具体要求进行了详细论述，提出了评价指标中资源属性、能源属性、环境属性、品质属性的具体要求，并以弹性体改性沥青防水卷材为例，对其绿色属性重要影响因素进行简要识别和控制。

Analysis for green product certification requirements of waterproof materials and sealants

Abstract：As an important material basis for green and sustainable development of construction industry，developing green building materials is not only an inevitable requirement for sustainable development，but also an important way to achieve the goal of double carbon. As an important part of building materials，green product certification for waterproof materials and sealants has important implications. This paper discusses the green product certification requirements of waterproof materials and sealants in detail. The specific requirements of resource attribute，energy attribute，environment attribute and quality attribute in the evaluation index are put forward，and the important influencing factors of the green attribute are briefly identified and controlled by taking the elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coil as an example.
