透水场道基层大空隙级配碎石的物理性能研究

    摘要:为满足高渗透性透水场道基层的应用需求,设计了25%、30%、35%三种空隙率的碎石与砂石基层连续级配,以及2.36~9.5 mm、9.5~26.5 mm、26.5~37.5 mm三种单粒级级配,测试了不同级配集料的堆积密度和表观密度,并计算其松铺系数与空隙率,分析了级配对其影响机理。结果表明:松铺系数随9.5 mm以下颗粒含量及砂含量的增加先增大后减小,小粒径碎石间的级配效果优于大粒径;碎石的空隙率主要取决于级配。建议将9.5 mm以下颗粒含量控制在35%左右,并添加不超过18%的砂,以改善压实效果与力学结构;以泰波公式设计25%、30%空隙率的碎石级配,建议泰波指数n分别取1.009、1.221。

Research on the physical properties of graded gravel with large void ratio in the base of permeable airport pavement

    Abstract:To meet the application requirements of airport pavement with high permeability,three kinds of continuous gradations with void ratios of 25%,30% and 35% respectively were designed for gravel and gravel with sand,as well as three kinds of single-grain gradations with the size of 2.36~9.5 mm,9.5~26.5 mm and 26.5~37.5 mm respectively for gravel. The bulk density and apparent density of gravel with different gradations were tested for calculating the loose paving coefficient and void ratio. The mechanisms of the effect of gradation on the above properties were analyzed. The results show that:with the increase of the content of sand and gravel with the size less than 9.5 mm,the loose paving coefficient first increased and then decreased. The gradation effect for gravel with smaller size was better than that for gravel with larger size. The void ratio of gravel mainly depended on the gradation. Suggesting that making the content of gravel with size less than 9.5 mm at about 35% and sand no more than 18% to effectively improve the compaction effect and mechanical structure of graded gravel. Suggesting that the value of n should be 1.009 and 1.221 respectively when the gradation of gravel with void ratios of 25% and 30% was designed by Taibo formula.
