超高性能混凝土在高频振动下的力学性能研究

    摘要:使用混凝土振动台模拟开放交通条件下车辆通行所产生的高频振动,研究不同振动时间下超高性能混凝土(UHPC)力学性能的变化。结果表明:随着高频振动时间延长,UHPC内钢纤维沉降分层,含气量逐步减小并趋于稳定;抗压强度、抗折强度和静力受压弹性模量呈先提高后降低的趋势,当振动时间为40 s时达到峰值,但抗拉强度随振动时间延长而逐步降低,UHPC整体力学性能随振动时间延长而劣化。因此,UHPC施工中应尽量封闭交通,避免振动对力学性能的影响,并缩短布料、边角浇筑过程中的振捣时间;在封闭施工条件下,控制一定的振动时间对UHPC力学性能具有正向影响。

Study on mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete under high frequency vibration

    Abstract:The concrete shaking table is used to simulate the high-frequency vibration caused by the traffic in open traffic,and the change of mechanical properties of Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) under different vibration time is studied. The results show that with the increase of high-frequency vibration time,the steel fiber in UHPC settles and delaminates,and the air content gradually decreases and tends to be stable. The compressive strength,flexural strength and static compressive elastic modulus increase first and then decrease,and reach the peak value when the vibration time is 40 seconds,but the tensile strength decreases gradually with the increase of vibration time. The overall mechanical properties of UHPC deteriorate with the increase of vibration time. Therefore. UHPC construction should try to close traffic,avoid the influence of vibration on mechanical properties,and reduce the tamping time in the process of cloth and corner pouring. Under the closed construction condition,controlling a certain vibration time has a positive effect on the mechanical properties of UHPC.
