明挖法地铁车站顶板混凝土防裂技术应用研究

    摘要:为有效预防地铁车站顶板混凝土出现早期开裂导致渗水劣化耐久性能,在针对国内在建数个地铁车站顶板混凝土裂缝情况调研及总结的基础上,提出抗裂性能参数设计要求,通过材料选择、配合比优化及性能研究,实现早期收缩及温升历程协同控制,并结合保温保湿养护、监测方法等工艺措施综合应用,结果表明,顶板中心温升及内外温差分别为30.4、14.3 ℃,降温阶段收缩速率变化均匀,顶部回填土完成后顶板未有开裂及渗漏问题,抗裂效果显著。

Application study of anti-cracking technology for roof concrete of subway stations by using open-cut method

    Abstract:In order to prevent early cracks for roof concrete of subway station,which lead to the deterioration of durability performance due to water seepage,the roof cracks of several stations under construction in China were investigated and summarized. Base on this,the key design parameters for the anti-cracking concrete were proposed. Meanwhile,through material selection,mix ratio optimization and performance research,the coordinated control of early shrinkage and temperature rise process were realized. Moreover,the technological measures were utilized such as heat and moisture insulation measures,monitoring methods,etc. The results showed that the central temperature rise and the temperature difference between inside and outside of roof were 30.4 ℃ and 14.3 ℃ respectively,and the shrinkage rate changed uniformly at cooling phase. In consequence,the roof structure had no cracks and leakage after backfilling and the anti-crack effect was remarkable.
