快硬UHPC与预制构件组合工法应用于道路伸缩缝更换的研究

摘要：通过在超高性能混凝土（UHPC）粉料中添加凝结时间调节剂，得到30 s扩展度达到280 mm，3 h抗折、抗压强度分别超过15、30 MPa，28 d抗折、抗压强度分别超过30、140 MPa的快硬型UHPC。结合C50预制构件，成功应用于上海市沪金高速段型钢伸缩缝的更换施工，整个更换过程耗时7.5 h，接近交通管控部门给定的7 h作业时间。该工法经1年多的服役，修补过的型钢伸缩缝性能保持稳定，质保期约为原结构修复工艺的4倍以上，年化成本较原修复工艺便宜约3000元/m。

Research on the application of the combination method of quick-hardening UHPC and prefabricated concrete components in the replacement of road expansion joints

Abstract：In this paper，by adding setting time additive agent to the UHPC powder，the 30 s expansion reaches 280 mm which with good flow，the 3 h flexural strength and compressive strength exceed 15 MPa and 30 MPa respectively，and the 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength exceed 30 MPa and 140 MPa respectively. Combined with C50 prefabricated concrete components，it was successfully applied to the replacement construction of section steel expansion joints in Shanghai HuJin Expressway. The entire replacement process takes 7.5 hours，which is close to the 7 hours given by the traffic control department. After more than one year of application of this method，the repaired section steel expansion joints still perform very well. Compared with the original structure repairing method，the combined construction method is expected to increase the warranty period by 4 times，and the annualized cost is cheaper 3000 RMB/m.
