硬脂酸钙和有机硅烷类粉末憎水剂对水泥基填缝剂性能的影响

    摘要:通过试验研究了硬脂酸钙和有机硅烷类粉末憎水剂对水泥基填缝剂性能的影响。结果表明:随着硬脂酸钙掺量从0增加到1.0%、有机硅烷类粉末憎水剂掺量从0增加到0.10%时,水泥基填缝剂在标准试验条件下的抗折强度提高、抗压强度呈略微提高;经25次冻融循环后的抗折、抗压强度略微下降;30、240 min吸水量减小;耐磨性明显提高;收缩值呈减小趋势。

Effects of calcium stearate and organosilane powder water repellent on the performance of cement-based seam fillers

    Abstract:The effect of calcium stearate and organosilanepowder hydrophobic agent on the performance of cement-based joint filler was studied through experiments. The results show that the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement-based sealant show a slightly increasing trend with the increase of the dosage of calcium stearate from 0 to 1.0% and organosilanepowder hydrophobic agent from 0 to 0.10%. After 25 times of freeze-thaw cycle treatment,the flexural compressive strength decreases slightly. The water absorption at 30 and 240 min showed a decreasing trend. The wear resistance value showed a rising trend. The contraction value showed a downward trend.
