磷酸三钠缓凝剂对无机胶合板性能的影响

    摘要:以氧化镁、氯化镁水溶液为主要原料,以磷酸三钠为缓凝剂制得氯氧镁无机胶粘剂,然后采用常温冷压工艺制备胶合板,并对无机胶粘剂的微观结构和初凝时间、胶合板的力学性能进行测试表征。试验结果表明,添加磷酸三钠能有效延长氯氧镁胶粘剂的初凝时间;胶合板的弹性模量、静曲强度随磷酸三钠用量的增加而降低;磷酸三钠用量为0.6%时,胶合板的吸水率最大,阻燃性能最差;当磷酸三钠用量为0.8%时,胶粘剂中的518相含量最高,胶合板的内结合强度最大,达0.58 MPa,胶粘剂和胶合板的综合性能最佳。

Effect of trisodium phosphate retarder on properties of inorganic plywood

    Abstract:Magnesium oxychloride inorganic adhesive was made with magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride aqueous solution as the main raw materials,and trisodium phosphate as retarder,and inorganic plywood was prepared by cold pressing at room temperature. The microscopic structure and initial setting time of inorganic adhesive,as well as physical and mechanical properties of plywood were detected. The results show that adding trisodium phosphate can effectively prolong the initial setting time of magnesium oxychloride adhesive. The elastic modulus and flexural strength of plywood decreased with the increase of the amount of trisodium phosphate. The water absorption rate was the highest and the flame retardancy was the lowest when the amount of trisodium phosphate is 0.6%. When the amount of trisodium phosphate is 0.8%,the 518 phase content in the adhesive is the highest,and the internal bonding strength of plywood is the highest,reaching 0.58 MPa. The comprehensive properties of adhesive and plywood are the best.
