水性环氧乳化沥青的制备及其混合料应用研究

    摘要:研究分析水性环氧乳化沥青应用于排水路面建设用OGFC-13级配混合料粘结的可行性。采用环氧树脂对马来酸酐接枝沥青进行改性并制得乳化沥青,试验结果表明,当环氧树脂掺量为10%时,能显著改善乳化沥青的力学性能,且所制备的水性环氧乳化沥青具有良好的存储稳定性和粘附性。同时研究了OGFC-13型(开级配)混合料的配合比设计、成型、养生工艺以及路用性能,结果表明,最佳混合料击实方法和养生条件为:先正反击实50次,放入烘箱40 ℃养生6 h,再击实25次,然后升温至80 ℃养生
24 h;当水性环氧乳化沥青掺量为矿物质量的9.5%时,混合料具有优异的高低温性能及良好的水稳定性,符合JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》的要求。

Preparation of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt and its mixed material application research

    Abstract:This study explores the feasibility of applying water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt to OGFC-13 grading mixture for drainage pavement construction. The emulsified asphalt is modified with epoxy resin. The results showed that when the dosage of epoxy resin was 10%,the mechanical properties of emulsified asphalt could be significantly improved,and the prepared water-based epoxy Emulsified asphalt has good storage stability and high adhesion. The proportion design,molding and curing process and road performance of the OGFC-13 type(open grading) mixture were studied. The results showed that the best compaction method and curing conditions of the mixture were 50 times of counterattack,and then placed in an oven at 40 ℃ for 6 hours. After 25 times of counterattack,the temperature was raised to 80 ℃ for 24 h,when the addition amount of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt was 9.5%,it showed excellent high and low temperature performance and good water stability,which met the requirements of JTG F40—2004"Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements".
