胶凝材料对引气剂溶液表面张力的影响

    摘要:通过研究不同胶凝材料加入引气剂后溶液表面张力的变化,结合胶凝材料对引气剂吸附作用及溶液离子环境的影响,分析引气剂在水泥基材料中的失效机理。结果表明,在水泥基材料中,聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠阴离子型引气剂溶液的表面活性同时受到表面活性剂的有效成分含量及溶液中离子环境的影响;通过对比多种胶凝材料的影响,粉煤灰对阴离子型引气剂表面活性的影响最大,主要源于粉煤灰对该引气剂具有较强的吸附作用,以及其溶液中较高的Ca2+与引气剂发生络合。

Effect of cementitious materials on the surface tension of air entraining admixture solution

    Abstract:In this paper,the failure mechanism of air entraining agent in cement-based materials was analyzed by studying the surface tension change of air entraining admixture solution containing different cementitious materials and combining the influence of cementitious materials on the adsorption of air entraining agent and the ionic environment of solution. The results show that the surface activity of the anionic air entraining agent (Sodium polyoxyethylene ether sulfate) solution in cement-based materials is affected by both the content of active components of the surfactant and the ionic environment in the solution. By comparing the effects of various cementitious materials,fly ash has the largest impact on the surface activity of anionic air entraining agent,mainly due to the strong adsorption of fly ash on the air entraining agent and the complexation of higher Ca2+ in its solution with the air entraining agent.
