磷建筑石膏基自流平砂浆的性能研究

    摘要:由于磷建筑石膏的30 min流动度损失较大、强度较低,在自流平砂浆领域使用有限。通过在磷建筑石膏中掺入矿渣硅酸盐水泥(SPC)和钢渣粉(SSP),制备了新型磷建筑石膏基自流平砂浆(PBG-BSLM),研究了SPC、SSP配比对PBG-BSLM性能的影响。结果表明:单掺SPC时,PBG-BSLM的30 min流动度损失较大、强度最高;随着SSP逐步取代SPC,30 min流动度损失减小、但也降低了强度,故不能完全取代。当SPC、SSP质量比为1∶1时制备的PBG-BSLM性能最佳,微观结构密实,符合JC/T 1023—2007《石膏基自流平砂浆》的要求。

Study on properties of self-leveling mortar based on phosphorous building gypsum

    Abstract:Phosphorus building gypsum is limited in application to gypsum base self-leveling mortar due to its high fluidity loss and low strength in 30 min. In this study,by adding different proportions of slag Portland cement(SPC) and steel slag powder (SSP) to phosphorus building gypsum,a new type of phosphorus building gypsum based self-leveling mortar(PBG-BSLM) was prepared,and the influence of m(SPC)∶m(SSP) on PBG-BSLM performance was explored. The results showed that PBG-BSLM had the highest flow loss and strength in 30 minutes when SPC was added alone. As SSP gradually replaces SPC,30 min fluidity loss and strength can be reduced,but SPC cannot be completely replaced. PBG-BSLM prepared when m(SPC)∶m(SSP)=1∶1 not only has the best performance and dense microstructure,but also meets the requirements of JC/T 1023—2007 "Gypsum base self-leveling mortar".
