硅灰改性机场道面快速修补砂浆的性能研究

    摘要:选用快硬硫铝酸盐水泥作为机场道面快速修补砂浆的主要胶凝材料,掺加硅灰为辅助胶凝材料,通过流动度及抗压、抗折强度测试,研究硅灰取代率对砂浆浆体性能及力学性能的影响,进而对优选配比砂浆的长期力学性能、粘结性能、耐磨性及耐久性进行观察分析。结果表明,掺加硅灰有助于改善硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆后期强度倒缩的情况;随硅灰取代率增大,砂浆的抗压、抗折强度先提高后降低;当取代率为11%时,强度有最大值,但浆体性能不佳,取代率为17%时,砂浆性能良好,1 h抗压、抗折强度分别达39.2、5.9 MPa,20 min流动度为258 mm,且具有较高的早期强度及粘结性能,抗压强度后期不倒缩,耐磨、耐久性良好。

Research on properties of silica fume modified rapid repair mortar for airport runway

    Abstract:In this paper,rapid hardening sulfoaluminate cement is selected as the main cementitious material for rapid repair mortar,and silica fume is added as the auxiliary cementitious material. The influence of silica fume substitution rate on the paste properties and mechanical properties of mortar was studied through the test of fluidity,compressive strength and flexural strength. And the long-term mechanical properties,bonding properties,wear resistance and durability of the optimal mix mortar were observed and analyzed. The results show that the addition of silica fume is beneficial to improve the later strength collapse of sulfoaluminate cement mortar. The compressive and flexural strength of mortar increases first and then decreases with the increase of silica fume substitution rate. When the substitution rate is 11%,the strength has the maximum value,but the paste performance is poor. When the substitution rate is 17%,all properties of mortar are outstanding. The compressive strength and flexural strength in 1 h can reach 39.2 MPa and 5.9 MPa,the fluidity in 20 min is 258 mm. The mortar also has high early strength and bonding performance,and the compressive strength does not reduce in the later stage. In addition,its wear resistance and durability are well.
