一种预制装配式再生块体混凝土圈梁的设计与试验研究

    摘要:提出一种采用分段预制,节段之间采用在U型槽段内搭筋灌浆连接的预制装配式再生块体混凝土圈梁。聚焦工程应用可行性,开展圈梁预制节段设计、连接构造和施工工艺等该技术关键问题研究,以有限元分析和试验进行验证。结果表明,相比于全现浇,该预制装配式圈梁的力学性能下降不明显,节段连接可靠;对预制再生块体混凝土圈梁进行试制和弯剪试验发现,相比于传统全现浇圈梁,该预制装配式圈梁的极限承载力几乎不变,初始刚度略有下降,连接合理可靠,废弃混凝土块体的掺入对预制圈梁的力学性能影响不明显。该预制装配式圈梁可实现85%以上的预制率,掺入废弃混凝土能节省不低于25%的新混凝土,无需支模和养护,可大大提高施工效率,节省成本,经济和社会效益明显。

Design and experiments of a prefabricated ring beam using recycled lump concrete

    Abstract:A new type of prefabricated compound concrete ring beam is proposed in this study,which is segmentally prefabricated and connected with reinforcement grouting in U-shaped groove sections. Focus on the feasibility of engineering application,the key problems of this technology,such as precast segment design,connection method and construction technology,are verified by finite element analysis and test. The results show that compared with the full cast-in-place ring beam,the mechanical properties of the prefabricated ring beam are not obviously reduced and the segment connection is reliable. The prefabricated compound concrete ring beam is trial-produced and tested by bending and shearing. Compared with the traditional cast-in-place ring beam,the ultimate bearing capacity of the prefabricated ring beam is almost unchanged,the initial stiffness decreases slightly,and the connection is reasonable and reliable. The adding waste concrete blocks have no obvious influence on the mechanical properties of the prefabricated ring beam. The prefabricated ring beam can achieve more than 85% prefabrication rate,and adding waste concrete can save not less than 25% new concrete,without formwork support and maintenance,which can greatly improve the construction efficiency and reduce cost. The economic and social benefits of this type of prefabricated compound concrete ring beam are remarkable.
