固废基免烧保温砖的制备及性能研究

    摘要:以超细尾矿粉为主要原材料,改性EPS和秸秆为填充料,水泥为胶凝材料,经活性激发剂的作用,制备出力学性能和耐久性好且保温性能优异的固废基免烧保温砖。研究了改性EPS和秸秆用量对材料主要性能的影响,并对配比进行优化设计。结果表明,改性EPS用量为超细尾矿粉质量的4.5%,秸秆用量为超细尾矿粉质量的4%~6%时,保温砖的7 d抗压强度≥17.5 MPa、抗折强度≥3.5 MPa、28 d抗压强度≥23.0 MPa、抗折强度≥5.5 MPa,冻融循环50次后的抗压强度损失率≤2.5%,质量损失率≤1.5%,导热系数≤0.055 W/(m·K)。

Study on preparation and properties of solid waste based unburned insulating bricks

    Abstract:Using ultra-fine tailings powder as the main raw material,modified EPS and straw as fillers,cement as cementitious material,through the action of active activator,the solid waste based unfired insulating brick with strong mechanical properties,good durability and excellent heat preservation ability was prepared. The influence of the amount of modified EPS and straw on the main properties of the material was explored and the proportion was optimized. The research shows that when the amount of modified EPS is 4.5% and the amount of straw is 4%~6%,the 7 d compressive strength of insulating brick is≥17.5 MPa,the flexural strength is≥3.5 MPa,the 28 d compressive strength is≥23.0 MPa,the flexural strength is≥5.5 MPa,the strength loss rate under 50 freeze-thaw cycles is≤2.5%,the mass loss rate is≤1.5%,and the thermal conductivity is≤0.055 W/(m·K).
