真空发泡低温泡沫玻璃及其多功能化探索

    摘要:以Na2O-B2O3-SiO2系水合玻璃为基体,引入蒙脱土,采用真空低温发泡工艺制备新型Na2O-B2O3-SiO2系水合泡沫玻璃保温材料。试验表明,采用真空低温发泡工艺能显著提高水合泡沫玻璃的耐水性、降低泡沫玻璃的体积密度,相比常压发泡工艺制得的泡沫玻璃质量损失率降低5%~60%,体积密度降低5%~50%,制得的板材符合JG/T 435—2014《无机轻集料防火保温板通用技术标准》,且通过后真空发泡工艺实现了对材料开闭气孔率的调控。采用制得的高开气孔率Na2O-B2O3-SiO2系水合泡沫玻璃外墙保温材料进行多功能化探索,在材料上负载纳米TiO2,该复合材料对罗丹明B染料溶液具有一定的光催化效果。

Vacuum foaming low-temperature foam glass and its multifunctional exploration

    Abstract:A new type of Na2O-B2O3-SiO2 hydrated foam glass thermal insulation material is prepared by introducing montmorillonite powder with Na2O-B2O3-SiO2 hydrated glass as a matrix and adopting a vacuum low-temperature foaming process. Experiments show that the use of vacuum low-temperature foaming technology can significantly improve the water resistance of the material and reduce the bulk density,the weight loss rate of the material prepared by normal pressure foaming is reduced by 5%~60%,and the bulk density is reduced by 5%~50%,reaching JG/T 435—2014 "General Technical Standard for Inorganic Lightweight Aggregate Fireproof Thermal Insulation Board",and the porosity of the material is controlled through the post-vacuum foaming process. Using the high open porosity Na2O-B2O3-SiO2 series hydrated foam glass exterior wall insulation material and exploring its multi-functionality,the material was loaded with nano-TiO2,which confirmed the photocatalysis of the composite material on the rhodamine B solution.
