高效减水剂对蒸压加气混凝土流变和力学性能的影响

    摘要:针对蒸压加气混凝土(AAC)制备过程中需水量大的问题,研究了混凝土用聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)和萘系减水剂(NF),以及加气混凝土专用减水剂(SL)对蒸压加气混凝土的减水率、流变性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明:减水剂PCE、NF和SL折固掺量分别为0.09%、0.20%、0.10%时,减水率分别为38.0%、16.0%、16.0%;无论是否掺加减水剂,加气浆体在剪切稳定阶段(20~60 s-1)均符合Bingham流变模型;减水剂PCE、NF和SL通过改变浆体的屈服应力和塑性黏度,从而影响铝粉的发气过程;减水剂SL能保证良好的发气体积、提高制品强度,是较为理想的AAC用高效减水剂。

Effects of superplasticizers on rheological and mechanical properties of autoclaved aerated concrete

    Abstract:Aiming at the problem of large water demand in the preparation process of autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC),the polycarboxylate water reducer(PCE) and naphthalene water reducer(NF) for concrete,and the special water reducer for AAC(SL)were studied on the water reduction rate,rheological properties and mechanical properties of AAC. The results show that PCE,NF and SL superplasticizers all have good initial water-reducing rates; no matter whether the superplasticizer is added or not,the slurry in the shear stable stage(20~60 s-1) is consistent with Bingham's Rheological model. PCE,NF and SL superplasticizers affect the gas-forming process of aluminum powder by changing the yield stress and plastic viscosity of the slurry. SL superplasticizer can ensure good gas-forming volume and improve product strength,and is an ideal superplasticizer for AAC.
