大体积混凝土侧墙裂缝控制技术应用研究

    摘要:以江西省某医院直线加速器墙体为研究对象,为有效控制大体积混凝土侧墙开裂风险,采用补偿收缩混凝土技术和水平分层间歇法相结合的方法,同时把控混凝土施工过程,并进行数据监测。结果表明:混凝土分层浇筑界面温度变化历程可分为4个阶段,即升温阶段、降温阶段、二次升温阶段和二次降温阶段;MgO膨胀剂可有效补偿混凝土的收缩,侧墙温度与环境温度相当时,混凝土仍处于微膨胀状态,1.7 m和3.0 m厚墙体1.95 m高度处内部应变分别为113 με、360 με;墙体表面无裂缝产生。

Research on application of crack control technology for mass concrete wall

    Abstract:Taking the linear accelerator wall of a hospital in Jiangxi Province as the research object,combined with shrinkage-compensating concrete technology and horizontal layered intermittent construction,controlled the concrete construction process and observed data were used in order to effectively control the cracking risk of mass concrete wall. The results showed that the temperature history of the concrete layered pouring interface can be divided into four stages,namely temperature-rise period,temperature-fall period,the second temperature-rise period and the second temperature-fall period. MgO expansive agent can effectively compensate for the concrete shrinkage,concrete was still in expansion state when the wall temperature was equivalent to the ambient temperature,and the internal strains of the wall with thickness of 1.7 m and 3.0 m at a height of 1.95 m were about 113 με and 360 με respectively,there were no cracks on the wall surface.
