蒸养制度对天然火山灰混凝土预制轨枕性能的影响

    摘要:利用肯尼亚当地天然火山灰等质量取代20%水泥制备C60天然火山灰预制轨枕混凝土,采用单因素试验研究了静养时间、升温速率、恒温温度、恒温时间对天然火山灰预制轨枕混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明,延长静养时间可提高混凝土强度;提高升温速率对混凝土早期强度影响较小,对28、56 d强度不利;延长恒温时间和升高恒温温度均可提高3 d抗压强度,但会降低28、56 d抗压强度。天然火山灰轨枕混凝土的最优蒸养制度为:静养时间3~4 h、升温速率≤15 ℃/h、恒温时间2~4 h、恒温温度50~60 ℃,此时混凝土的3、28、56 d抗压强度分别为64.7、82.9、84.5 MPa。

Influence of steam-curing system on precast concrete sleeper prepared with natural pozzolan

    Abstract:This article used Kenya natural volcanic ash as a 20% replacement of cement to prepare C60 concrete for producing prefabricated sleepers. The effects of resting time,heating rate,constant temperature,and constant temperature time on the compressive strength of natural pozzolanic concrete were studied by single-factor experiments. The results showed that prolonging the resting time can improve the strength of concrete; increasing the heating rate had little effect on the early strength of concrete,which was unfavorable for the strength of 28 d and 56 d, increasing the constant temperature time and temperature can increase the 3 d strength but reduce the strength of 28 d and 56 d. The optimal steam curing system of natural pozzolanic sleeper concrete is: resting time 3~4 h,heating rate ≤15 ℃/h,constant temperature time 2~4 h,constant temperature 50~60 ℃,and the 3,28,56 d compressive strength of concrete under these conditions were 64.7,82.9,and 84.5 MPa,respectively.
