聚羧酸减水剂电荷密度测试及其构象行为研究

    摘要:采用激光光散射法对聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)在纯水环境下的溶液行为进行研究,对分子结构差异较大的3种PCE分子的溶液行为初步进行了比较分析。利用胶体滴定法对PCE在一定条件下的本征电荷密度进行测试,结合电荷密度数据初步表征PCE分子的溶液构象。结果表明:在纯水环境中PCE分子展示为柔顺链性结构形态;在一定条件下可通过胶体电荷密度法对PCE的本征电荷密度进行准确测定,将所得本征电荷密度与对应PCE分子的溶液构象进行比对分析,可为PCE的结构设计提供一定的参考。

Research on charge density determination and conformation of polycarboxylate comb-like copolymers

    Abstract:The solution behavior of the polycarboxylate comb-like copolymers(PCE) in pure water was studied by laser light scattering method,and the solution behavior of three PCE molecules with large differences in molecular structure was preliminarily compared and analyzed. The intrinsic charge density of PCE under certain conditions was tested by colloidal titration,and the solution conformation of PCE molecules was preliminarily characterized based on the charge density data. The results show that the PCE molecules display a flexible chain structure in the pure water environment. Under certain conditions,the intrinsic charge density of PCE can be accurately determined by the colloidal charge density method,and the obtained intrinsic charge density can be compared and analyzed with the solution conformation of corresponding PCE molecules,which provides a certain reference for the structural design of PCE.
