β-环糊精改性聚羧酸减水剂的制备与抗泥性能研究

    摘要:利用β-环糊精(β-CD)与异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)形成包合物,并将β-CD引入聚羧酸减水剂侧链,合成β-CD改性聚羧酸减水剂,通过β-CD限制HPEG侧链的分子运动,减小膨润土对聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响。该改性减水剂的合成工艺与常规聚羧酸减水剂相近,无需对β-环糊精进行化学改性。净浆和混凝土试验结果表明,β-CD改性聚羧酸减水剂具有优异的分散性和抗泥效果,当β-CD用量为HPEG质量的5%时,改性聚羧酸减水剂(PCE5)的初始分散性和保坍性受膨润土的影响最小,抗泥效果最佳。

Preparation and mud resistance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer modified by β-cyclodextrin

    Abstract:β-CD modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized by using β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) to form inclusion complex with isobutylene alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(HPEG),and introducing β-CD into the side chain of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The effect of bentonite on the performance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer was reduced by restricting the molecular movement of the HPEG side chain through β-CD. The synthesis process of the modified water-reducing agent is similar to that of the conventional polycarboxylate water-reducing agent,it is unnecessary to conduct chemical modification of β-cyclodextrin. The cement paste and concrete tests show that,polycarboxylate superplasticizer modified by β-Cyclodextrin has excellent dispersion and anti mud effect. When the content of β-CD is 5% of HPEG mass,the initial dispersion and slump retention properties of modified polycarboxylate superplasticizerr(PCE5) were least affected by bentonite and it has best mud resistance effect.
